It’s so easy to do, but I’m telling you doing this will keep you from curing your acne. What is it? It’s simply getting so caught up in the problem, and putting all your energy, thoughts, and emotions on the problem (your acne challenge), rather then the solution. Lean in close, because this is important. If you’re ever going to overcome this awful disease once and for all it is critical that you give the problem no more then a passing thought. You MUST keep all your focus and thinking on the solution. I know this may sound pretty simple and basic.but the odds are your not doing this. For the next week, just keep an eye on your thoughts. It’s not always easy to do.it’s easy to feel sorry for yourself when you look in the mirror, or get upset about another acne breakout, but those are the exact opposite of what you need to be doing. Next time you get upset about your acne breakout realize at that moment you are focusing on the problem. Realize it, then come to yourself and get your thoughts, focus, and emotions back on the solution. Whatever you focus on will expand in your life, so if you are focusing on your acne you will get more of it, but if you are focusing on the solution (vibrantly healthy skin) you will find the solution (or it will find you). This isn’t “woo woo” stuff.it’s for real. If I told you all the synchronicities that happened that brought me to the right people and resources that were critical in curing my own acne you wouldn’t believe it. But these synchronicities started happening when I first made the choice that I would overcome it, and then kept my mind on finding the solution. Tell next time Leo P.S. Coming up.
