Your Hormonal Highway and the blood purification engine that drives it all

So far all the lessons have been about fixing the first level origins of acne…

In other words stopping the hormonal floods and getting your hormones to work in harmony.

Is that enough to get clear?

For many it is. But not all. Stuff can still be messing up hormones. What happens to all those hormones after they’ve been used?

Well, they’ve got a get filtered and flushed out of you. If that doesn’t happen fast enough they rot into all kinds of nasty hormonal byproducts. Hormonal byproducts that cause nasty stuff like….

  • Cellulite (because estrogen simply isn’t being metabolized effectively).
  • Hormonally driven hair loss (because testosterone isn’t being metabolized fast enough).
  • PMS

Or even more ugly stuff like…

  • breast cancer
  • prostate enlargement, and even prostate cancer
  • ovarian cysts

And all kinds of other hormonally driven problems.

But the reality the medical profession is only now beginning to understand is it’s not the hormones themselves that cause all the trouble. It’s the bad hormonal byproducts that form when they aren’t filtered and flushed fast enough that cause all the trouble.

The next lessons will be about clearing the blocks in your Hormonal Highway. And fixing the hormonal and blood purifying engine. That way hormones get filtered and flushed fast.

As a result, hormones stay in balance. And your blood stays clean.

See, the same systems that clear hormones also clears blood congestion. Blood congestion that would otherwise try to get out of you through your skin. By fixing one you’re fixing the other.

So let’s get to it…

To understand all this stuff we need to cover a big picture overview. Doing that will keep you from getting lost in the nitty-gritty details later on.

It all starts with understanding…

Your Hormonal Highway

It works like this…

Your endocrine system makes hormones. And on cue, a hormonal symphony is released into your blood.

Your blood delivers that hormonal message to your cells.

Your cells get the message and then make the necessary adaptation.

All those hormones are then cleared out of your blood. (If all goes well).

How?

Well, your blood has a giant filter. It’s called your liver. Blood constantly flows through it. If all goes well the waste products, toxins, and used hormones are filtered from your blood.

Your liver then deactivates these hormones (and toxins to) by wrapping them up in little packages made of sulfur proteins. This deactivation process has a fancy pants name calls conjugation. All that means is toxins or hormones or neutralized by binding them to sulfur proteins.

Because these hormones are wrapped in sulfur proteins they can’t plug into any hormone receptors. They’re effectively neutralized.

Here’s what I mean by that…

Think of hormones as keys. And cell hormone receptors as the keyholes. Before passing thru the liver and being deactivated they could plug into the cell like keys in a lock. But now, because it’s wrapped up, it can’t. It won’t fit. It’s been effectively deactivated.

Your liver and takes those deactivate hormones and sends them down your bile duct, past your gallbladder, and into your bowels.

And if all goes well your bowels flush them out of you. That is… if all goes well…

Blocks in your Hormonal Highway

The first major block is system overload. Your liver just gets flooded with too much stuff all at once. So it can’t keep up. The end result is hormones and toxins overflow into the blood. Blood concentrations of these hormones and toxins build and build.

The second major block is your liver runs out of this stuff to wrap around those hormones and toxins. It simply doesn’t have the right stuff it needs to do its job in neutralizing toxins and hormones.

The third major block is the tubes that run through your liver get clogged. Yep, like a clogged toilet your liver can’t flush the toxins and hormones out of itself. Or it can’t flush them as fast as it should. So everything gets backed up.

The fourth major block in your Hormonal Highway is your bowels…

See, bad bacteria in your bowels (that shouldn’t be there) can actually reactivate those hormones. It can break the sulfur protein bonds. Reactivating them. And if those reactivated hormones sit long enough in your bowels they get reabsorbed through the bowel lining back into your blood. But because they aren’t part of any carefully orchestrated hormonal symphony they really screw things up.

Not only that, now they’re rotting fast. They’re old. They’ve been sitting around too long. And are breaking down into bad hormonal byproducts. The same hormone byproducts that really mess with your health.

These blocks in your Hormonal Highway not only cause acne but so many other health problems. Problems that sometimes take years to manifest.

Not to worry…

All this stuff can be fixed. And fixed now. While you’re young. Before they cause major problems down the road.

How?

We’ll get to that. We’ll take it step-by-step. But so it all makes sense there is still some big picture stuff we need to cover…

What am I talking about?

Your primary channels of elimination

Every cell in your body eats. But also every cell in your body poops out waste as well. Your cells are constantly “breathing”. Breathing in nutrition. And breathing out metabolic wastes. And all that waste has to go somewhere.

No problem… your body can handle it. In fact, it has an elaborate sewage system that takes all that waste and expels it out of you.

Your primary channels of all this sewage are through your bowels and kidneys. But if you’re bowels and/or kidneys get all backed up, well, that waste has got to go somewhere. Otherwise it’s going to poison you.

Your body does what it’s gotta do to deal with it…

First it packs that waste away in your fat tissue. Kinda like a temporary storage spot until it has the energy and extra capacity to handle it later on.

Any extra waste it expels through your secondary channels of elimination…

Secondary channels of elimination

Those would be your lungs and skin. That’s often why your skin is called your third kidney.

This is why chronic constipation often leads to boils and bad breath. The waste normally expelled through the bowels is now trying to be expelled through the secondary channels of elimination. Causing bad body odor, bad breath, boils, and bad skin.

But for acne sufferers the problem gets worse…

See, messed up hormones are causing skin sebum glands to make too much oil to start with. Now congesting blood toxins are trying to be expelled through the skin. When that’s mixed with all that extra oil what forms is a gluey, pore-clogging paste. A paste acne bacteria just love to gorge on.

Now that bacteria have a feeding frenzy. Resulting in inflammation. And you already know the rest…

The bottom line…

Balanced hormone production + fast filtering and flushing of those hormones + clean blood = clear, healthy skin.

To make that happen we’ve got to clear the blocks in your Hormonal Highway. But also, repair and strengthen a broken blood purifying engine.

The primary parts of the engine are your lymph sewage system, your liver, your kidneys, and your bowels.

The good news is once we fix your Hormonal Highway doing that has gone a long way to fixing your blood purification engine as well.

Now you may be thinking…

“Sheesh, this sounds so complicated. And seems like a lot of work.”

And if you’re feeling that way, I don’t blame you one bit. It can seem like a daunting task at first.

And to be honest with you…

…this will be a journey.

It’ll take time to do this right. It will be a disciplined effort. But luckily you’ll have a roadmap to follow.

You’ll have the shortest, simplest path to your destination.

I spent years of trial and error to find what works. And even more years testing and refining everything to make it absolutely the most effective yet simple path to getting clear.

Luckily you won’t have to spend years hoping to figure this all out. The path is laid for you. All you’ve got to do is follow it.

But here’s the reality…

Many looking for the quick fix, when first exposed to this stuff, throw their hands up and don’t even take the first step. They get overwhelmed. They think it’s too hard or whatever.

Then they spend months (and even years) looking for some magic pill or “3-day acne cure” or whatever the latest gimmick is.

But you know what? They always come back…

Yep, after all that stuff didn’t work, and after being hopelessly frustrated, they come back to me. Now ready to do what is necessary to fix it. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times this has happened.

So you may as well save yourself years of frustration and pain. And do it right the first time…

No more quick fixes…

No more short-term thinking…

No more looking for the magic bullet…

Let’s do this right the first time.

Luckily, you have a tested and proven roadmap to follow. You have the simplest, shortest path to getting clear. It’s not going to take years of trial and error (and endless frustration either).

All you need to do is take it one lesson at a time.

We’ll start with the easy stuff first. Stuff that gets the most results for the least amount of effort. Then we’ll get to the other stuff. The stuff that takes more discipline. More effort. But stuff that’s got to be done if you’re going to be clear for the rest of your life.

Alright. That should do it for this lesson. Let’s get to the practical application.

Practical application

Not too much to talk about here…

We laid out the big picture stuff you needed to know before we get to the nitty-gritty details. Now it’s simply a matter to resolve…

Remember, this is a journey. Resolve, no more quick fix is okay. Resolve to do this right this time. Resolve that you’ll be patient with yourself and your body. Resolve that you’ll take it one step at a time until you’ve completed your journey.
