What does Mother Teresa have to do with beautiful, acne-free skin?

EVERYTHING.
(well almost everything ;-)

Find out why in this issue of your newsletter…

Mother Teresa was once asked if she would join in a march to oppose the Vietnam War.

She FLATLY REFUSED!

But she added, when you have a march for peace I will be there.

What does this have to do with your current acne challenge? Much more then you’ll ever realize.

I’ll get to that but before I do, I’m going to reveal another esoteric principle. Please don’t take it lightly, because it really is a powerful one and will serve you well in the acne challenge ahead of you.

For years while on my “acne quest” I focused on “beating” (more like destroying) what I thought of then as the awful disease I was afflicted with. I saw it as a “fight”.My determination on one side of the ring and the dreaded “acne demon” on the other side.

Each new treatment, doctor, product, or therapy I tried I saw as potential “weapons” in a battle I would “win” no matter what.

But after over a decade of this.

I still suffered from severe acne!

Obviously this approach wasn’t working.

Then “inspiration” sought me out, pinned me down, and “struck” me over the head with a load of bricks. As if to say “hey stubborn, I’m trying to help you.wake up here and listen!”

And here’s how it happened.

I was listening to an interview with various survivors of “incurable” or “terminal” illnesses (which there are none by the way). Anyway, this particular interview was with a cancer survivor. She had a very compelling reason why she would live (her son), so she was willing to do anything to cure it.

She went on to tell the story of her initial “battle” AGAINST the disease.

As she said she was going to “beat it no matter what!” (humm.that sounded very familiar ;-)

Yet treatment after treatment later, despite all her will and discipline…

the disease was only getting worse!

She went on to explain that a healer told her she could not “beat” cancer. Trying to do that would only give her more cancer. Instead she must embrace vibrant health.

Let me tell you, there is a HUGE difference between “beating” a disease and embracing health. The former put your focus on the problem (which always gives you more of the problem, in this case more cancer). The latter puts your focus on the solution (which is what you will get more of if that is where you put your focus).

Well, it finally got through that thick skull of mine.

All these years I was focused on “beating” acne with sheer will and grit determination if nothing else. (And as a result I only suffered more of it.)

That very day I decided no matter what I was going to put my focus on creating vibrant health and beautiful skin.

And that’s when things started to change.

Synchronicities happened one after the other that allowed me to piece together the acne puzzle. Call it supernatural or whatever you want, but that one choice, the choice to focus on the solution rather then “beating” the problem made all the difference in the world.

So choose today to no longer be angry at and try to “beat” your acne problem, but instead embrace the challenge ahead of you and put all your focus on the solution.

You may not know how you are going to do it. That’s not important right now. Instead just keep your attention on exactly what you want to create (beautiful, flawless skin, or however you define it). Keep your attention there with an attitude of positive expectancy (some would call it faith) and the answer of how it will happen will show up in your life.

Hear me now, believe me later ;-)

I hope you will really get this principle and apply it to every area of your life. It truly will make a profound difference in you life.

Tell next time,

Leo
